TERMS & CONDITIONS - please read carefully before you enrol

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be available if you give us at least 5 working days notice before the commencement of your course. A $15 administration fee will be charged to process your refund.

TRANSFERS
We are happy to give you a transfer to another course within the same term providing you give us 5 working days notice prior to the commencement of your original course, and providing there is space available in the course you want to join. Transfers do not incur an administration fee.

CANCELLATIONS
All courses require minimum numbers to go ahead. We leave the decision until 2 days prior to the course commencement date so we can maximise our chances of getting the numbers. If a course has been cancelled, we will contact you. Please ensure you provide both business and after hours contact numbers as well as your email address when you enrol. In the case of a course cancellation, your course fee will be refunded in full or a credit note given to be used in following terms. Credit notes are to be used within a specified time frame and cannot be redeemed for cash.

CONCESSIONS
A limited number of concessions (25%) are available for full-time students and people on a pension or those with a health care card. Evidence of your eligibility for this concession must be produced on enrolment.

CONFIRMATION
You are automatically enrolled once we receive and process your payment. Your enrolment is not confirmed until payment for the course is made. Your receipt will be available from your tutor at the first session of your course. We do not send out receipts but you can phone on 9922 2299 to confirm your course if you wish.
