Christmas Sewing Night (Workshop)
Course Overview
Sew your way into the festive season
Get ready for a night full of creativity, fun, bubbles and cheese! Whether you are decorating your tree, sprucing up your home, or making thoughtful handmade gifts, this workshop is the perfect way to kickstart your holiday season!
We will be sewing Christmas ornaments, bunting, stockings and more - festive projects to add a personal touch to your holiday décor.
All levels of sewing experience are welcome
Please note: this is not a “learn to sew” class, if you’re new to the craft, check out our Machine Sewing Beginner Course
We will provide Christmas-themed fabrics, ribbons, beads and other festive materials, but feel free to bring any special items you would like to use.
What is covered in this class
- We will be making a variety of Christmas inspired projects
- Cutting from basic patterns
- A variety of projects suitable to all levels of makers
- A fun and festive night with bubbles and cheese
What you will need
- Sewing Machine (We have a few that we can loan out, first in best dressed :) )
- Fabric Scissors
- Pins
- Tape measure
- Fabric marker
- Rasant or Gutterman Sewing Thread
- Stitch Unpicker
Don’t worry if you’re missing a few tools - you can borrow what you need from the teacher.
