Mat Pilates Autumn Edition

Course Overview

Strengthen, Stretch & Shine: 6-Week Pilates Course to Get Autumn Ready!

Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout designed to improve core strength, flexibility, and posture while promoting a sense of calm and well-being.

Pilates focuses on precise, controlled movements, and is suitable for all fitness levels, offering modifications to challenge or support participants based on their individual needs.

During this 6-week course, students engage in a series of Pilates exercises that target the core, enhance flexibility, and improve overall body alignment and strength. Each session incorporates dynamic stretching, breathing, and controlled movement to create a balanced and restorative experience, as well as explore ways to improve balance and stability through functional movements.
