Strength Circuit
Course Overview
This course is designed to help participants build strength, improve posture, and enhance mobility through low-impact and resistance exercises, using weights and elastic bands.
The class offers a safe, accessible approach to strength training, focusing on key muscle groups to support functional fitness and overall well-being. Each session begins with a gentle warm-up to prepare the body for movement. The main portion of the class includes a series of targeted strength exercises for the full body, in a circuit style. Participants are guided to perform the exercises with proper technique, emphasising control and form. Each class finishes with stretches to cool down. Participants will leave the course feeling stronger, more balanced, and confident in their movement and body.

Structure of the classes:
- Warm-up to prepare for movement, including breathing, mobility and dynamic stretches.
- Circuit style full-body strength exercises focusing on proper form and technique, using hand weights and elastic bands
- Cool-down stretches targeting muscle release and recovery

About the tutor
Raquel Genioli
Raquel is a dedicated fitness and wellness professional with over eight years of experience in the industry. She takes a holistic and integrative approach to health and believes that a balanced lifestyle is key to achieving optimal physical and mental well-being.
She holds certifications as a Personal Trainer, Mat Pilates Instructor, and Breathwork Coach, as well as a Sound Healing Instructor. Raquel offers a variety of classes, including Strength, Circuit, Functional Exercise, Mobility, Stretch, Breathwork, and Sound Healing, and provides personalized one-on-one sessions tailored to her clients’ needs.
Originally from Brazil, Raquel holds a degree in Communication. She brings a dynamic and engaging approach to her teaching and has both experience and a strong interest in working with women in perimenopause and menopause, as well as older adults and seniors.
In addition to her regular classes, Raquel frequently runs workshops, offering in-depth explorations of practices such as breathwork and sound healing. Her teaching style emphasizes inclusivity, allowing participants to feel supported and empowered as they work toward their wellness goals.
