Course Overview
Get ready to strengthen, tone and refresh this summer with our special Pilates Edition – perfect for all fitness levels!
This low-impact class is designed to enhance core strength, flexibility and postural alignment through slow, controlled movements that engage every muscle group.
Perfect for all fitness levels, this class blends elements of yoga, ballet and toning exercises to leave you feeling refreshed and empowered.
Please note: Week-to-week, classes may adapt to fit seasonal themes, attendee needs and optional equipment for a customised experience.
Outcomes
Pilates improves strength, stability and flexibility by focusing on the body’s core architectural system - the deep stabilising postural muscles of the spine and trunk, increasing control of the back, pelvis, hips, neck and shoulders. Suitable for people at all stages of life, Pilates also aids the treatment of back pain and helps reduce stress.
You will learn to engage all areas, including your arms, glutes and lower legs, for a full-body workout.
