Course Overview

Zumba Gold is perfect for active older adults looking to stay active and healthy during the winter months!

This low-intensity fitness class introduces easy-to-follow Latin-inspired choreography that enhances balance, range of motion, and coordination. It focuses on strengthening the core and covers all elements of fitness, including cardiovascular endurance, muscular conditioning, flexibility, and balance. Ideal for beginners, Zumba Gold emphasises moving to the music and having fun, regardless of your fitness level.

Course Breakdown

During the class, Nancy uses different Latin and world rhythms such as Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Tango, Swing, and more. She breaks down the steps and provides modifications to suit each student's starting level.

Winter Term Dates

  • Term 3 runs Thursday 15 August to Thursday 19 September
